38 Years experience covering the township establishment process, valuations and expropriations, rates and taxes, mining law, property law, mergers/acquisitions/restructuring, property asset and property management.
Marketing Director - Richard Bennet
A total of 34 years’ experience - 22 years as part of the iProp/ RMP Land Development team. Started in Civil Engineering construction in January 1985 in the management and construction of bridges and culverts of residential estates in the UK and major South African roads. 8 years consulting in civil infrastructure design for townships in the SADC region and the floodwater management system for Jedda, Saudi Arabia and a further 12 years’ experience as a Consulting Engineer in both Rural and Urban Township development infrastructure in S.A.

30 Years experience in financial management specialising in
